In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Deposit terms:

• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or combined with bonuses claimed under another account.

xc777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xc777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we invest substantially in platform stability and security, scheduled maintenance, unexpected downtime, and third-party outages are outside our direct control. xc777 will use reasonable endeavours to notify Players in advance of planned maintenance windows.

Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Balances.

xc777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
